OL' TIME MOONSHINE

Bill Kole - vocals and guitar, Adam Saitti - drums, Chris Coleiro - guitar, Jesse Mackowycz - bass and vocals

Formed in Toronto, Canada, in 2009, Ol’ Time Moonshine received critical and fan acclaim for their debut EP, “The Demon Haunted World”, which saw them invited to several U.S. stoner and doom festivals, and landed them a record deal with Salt of The Earth Records for their follow up full-length, “The Apocalypse Trilogies”.  With elements of 70s classic rock, 80s punk and 90s metal, Ol’ Time Moonshine’s sound is characterized by rock heavy riffs, a bombastic groove and a heartfelt delivery.

Having self-recorded and produced their first two releases, Ol’ Time Moonshine approached award winning engineer John Critchley at Green Door Studios to track their new album in the spring of 2020. Greg Dawson of BWC Studios (and guitar player for Olde and Grale) mixed and mastered the 8 tracks comprising “Magic” in early 2022 following several recording delays caused by a global pandemic. Ol’ Time Moonshine and Greg (contributing some additional leads) are joined by Angela Neatby of Muffler Crunch for a duet on the track, “Please, Please”. “Magic” is the first Ol’ Time Moonshine release to feature Adam Saitti (drums) and Jesse Mackowycz (bass and backing vocals), and their powerful contributions to the sound of Ol’ Time Moonshine are immediately evident.
